Product Introduction
Main features:
The YB series prefabricated substations are compact integrated distribution devices that combine high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment. They are used in urban high-rise buildings, rural and urban buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oil fields, as well as temporary construction sites, for the purpose of receiving and distributing electrical energy in the power distribution system. 

The YB prefabricated substation features strong integration, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil-type substations, the box-type substation of the same capacity typically occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 of the area of the conventional substation, significantly reducing the design workload and construction volume, as well as the construction cost. In the power distribution system, it can be used in ring network distribution systems, as well as dual-power or radial terminal distribution systems. It is a new type of complete set equipment for the construction and renovation of substations in urban and rural areas at present. 

The YB prefabricated substation complies with the national standard GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation".

Structural features:
1. This product is composed of a high-voltage power distribution device, a transformer, and a low-voltage power distribution device, and is divided into three functional compartments, namely the high-voltage compartment, the transformer compartment, and the low-voltage compartment. The high and low-voltage compartments have complete functions. The high-voltage side primary power supply system can be arranged in various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. It can also be equipped with high-voltage metering components to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer compartment can choose S9, SC, or other series of low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers. The low-voltage compartment can be composed of panel or cabinet structure according to user requirements to form the power supply scheme needed by the user, with multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, and electricity measurement, meeting the different requirements of users. It also facilitates the power supply management of users and improves the power supply quality. The high-voltage compartment has a compact and reasonable structure and comprehensive anti-misoperation interlock functions. When the user requests, the transformer can be equipped with a track to facilitate entry and exit from the two gates of the transformer compartment. Each compartment has an automatic lighting device. In addition, all the selected components in the high and low-voltage compartments have reliable performance, are easy to operate, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the product and convenient maintenance. 

2. Both natural ventilation and forced ventilation methods are adopted. Ventilation ducts are provided in the transformer room and high/low voltage rooms. The exhaust fans are equipped with temperature control devices, which can automatically start and stop according to the set temperature, ensuring the normal operation of the transformers. 

3. The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering. It is made of colored steel plates, which have anti-corrosion and heat insulation properties. It meets the requirements for long-term outdoor use, ensuring long service life with excellent anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof performance, and also having an attractive appearance.
