Product Introduction
Main features:
The electric metering device of the metal meter box is managed in a fully enclosed manner. The main measure is to enclose the metering circuit, which has a very good effect in preventing electricity theft. After undergoing more than ten years of on-site operation tests and multiple improvements and refinements, its technical performance has reached the national standards and fully complies with the safety requirements of the 3C standard. It can fully meet the technical requirements of power supply and consumption departments across the country.

Product Description:
It is mainly made of stainless steel. The box body has extremely high strength, excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, and corrosion resistance. Its style, structure, and size are designed flexibly, not being restricted by the environment or space. Moreover, it adopts a fully enclosed management for the electricity metering device, featuring a sealed metering circuit, anti-theft function, and easy meter reading.

Structural composition:
The metal electricity meter box adopts a universal structural design, that is, the hanging type, embedded type, and pole-mounted type have the same overall structure. By configuring corresponding accessories, it can be installed in different environments and installation methods.

The door and hinges of the metal electricity meter box adopt an embedded door structure, with an opening angle greater than 90°. The door of the metal meter box should adopt a double-edge folding process. The operation handle of the outgoing line switch adopts a door-within-a-door structure to protect the switch, but the door-within-a-door structure must take reliable rainproof measures to ensure that rainwater does not flow into the switch and the meter box.

The rainproof cap of the metal electricity meter box should adopt a modular structure, and at the same time, measures should be considered to prevent rainwater from flowing into the box along the edge of the rainproof cap. When installed outdoors, the manufacturer of the meter box is responsible for assembling the rainproof cap and delivering it to the site. The connection of the metal structural components should not be achieved by drilling holes and tapping on the steel plate as a threaded connection.

The distance between the single-metering-box housing and the adjacent electric energy meter edge should be ≥ 40mm; the gap between the metering box door (lid) of the single-metering box and the vertical surface of the electric energy meter panel should be > 10mm. The net distance between the electric energy meter and the switch should be ≥ 60mm. The bottom surface of the box should be equipped with a knock-down hole with a diameter of 11mm to facilitate the laying of 485 communication lines. Additionally, there should be knock-down holes with diameters of 38mm and 50mm for the incoming and outgoing lines. There is a cable-fixing clamp near the incoming line hole of the meter box.
