Product Introduction
Main features:
The KYN28-12 armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems and is used to receive and distribute electrical energy and implement control, protection and monitoring of circuits. The newly developed large current, high breaking capacity switchgear can also be used independently as the outlet for high-voltage generators.
This product complies with standards: GB3906 "3~35kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", IEC60298 "AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltage Above 1kV and Below 50kV". 


Normal operating environmental conditions:
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum temperature +40°C, minimum temperature -15°C.
2. Humidity conditions
Daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%
Daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2 kPa;
Monthly average relative humidity: ≤ 90%
Monthly average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8 kPa.
3. Altitude: 4000m and below.
4. Earthquake intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees.
5. The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
6. There should be no frequent severe vibration areas.
7. When used under normal conditions as specified in GB3906, it shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer. 


Structural features:

The cabinet body is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by the FMS flexible processing system, using advanced multiple folding edge technology, connected by riveted nuts and high-strength bolts, with high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, and strong versatility.
4. It can be equipped with our company's produced ZN63A-12(VS) series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, with wide applicability, high reliability, and maintenance-free.
5. It has working and testing positions, and each position has positioning and display devices, ensuring safety and reliability.
6. The same specification cabinets can be freely interchangeable, with strong interchangeability.
7. It is transported by a dedicated transport vehicle, and the handcart is operated conveniently and flexibly.
8. The cable room can install up to 9 single-core cables.
9. Reliable mechanical and electrical interlock devices fully meet the "five prevention" requirements.
10. The high-voltage room has pressure relief channels to ensure personal safety.
11. The front door is equipped with an observation window, allowing observation of the working state of the indoor components.
