Main features:
The JXF distribution box is suitable for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage not exceeding 500V, and a load current not exceeding 250A. It is used for controlling the distribution system, providing leakage protection, and protecting motors from overload, short circuit, and phase failure, as well as performing various control functions. The box is well-designed, compact in size, and has an attractive appearance. It is safe and reliable to use and is widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, healthcare, aviation, residential areas, shopping malls, schools, and urban renovation projects. 

Normal operating conditions:
Environmental temperature: -20°C to +40°C, with the average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +36°C;
Altitude: no more than 2000m;
Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40°C; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower humidity levels (e.g., +20°C is 90%), considering temperature changes.
Allow for moderate frosting during production;
The inclination of the equipment installation relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°C. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibrations or impacts; it can be widely used in ports, airports, factories, commercial areas, residential areas, and industrial and mining enterprises, etc. 

Scope of Application:
Our JXF distribution box is widely used in substations, factories, industrial and mining enterprises, and civil buildings for low-voltage power distribution systems with an AC 50Hz frequency, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated working current up to 250A. This product complies with the requirements of E*39-1 low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment, and GB7251.3-2006 low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment standards.
At the same time, our low-voltage complete equipment has obtained the **3C certification.

Structural features:
1. JXF distribution box has a simple principle. Its main components include various switch elements, casing, door, bracket, neutral busbar, protective grounding busbar, insulated wires, etc.

2. Safe. The cabinet type is an indoor enclosed distribution cabinet. It adopts a new material assembled structure. The casing is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, which has the characteristics of light weight and high strength.

3. Entry and exit line method: top entry and bottom exit. It is convenient for the layout of power lines.

4. The grounding copper bar of TMY-5mmx30mm is set inside the box. The door is connected to the PE point inside the box with multi-strand soft braided wire. The entire box structure forms a continuous protection circuit.

5. The surface of the cabinet is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder, which is uniform and beautiful, conducive to anti-corrosion, has strong adhesion, good texture, and gives a comfortable feeling. The internal structural components are treated with galvanization, which has a certain anti-corrosion ability.

6. The components inside the cabinet use high-quality low-voltage electrical appliances from domestic and foreign brands. The product has good stability.

7. The assembly is excellent. We have a group of professional assembly workers. They are skilled and have solid skills.

8. Confirm that the ambient temperature is between -5 and 40. At normal temperature, the relative humidity does not exceed 90%, without condensation; if the ambient temperature and humidity exceed this requirement, a specially designed switch control cabinet is needed. Or certain measures must be taken before it can be used. 9. The power supply voltage is within -10% to +10%.

10. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters. 

Notes:
1. Firstly, ensure that the installation location of the JXF distribution box is free from explosive, corrosive gases or dust. Check if the installation foundation is level, and verify if the channel steel is placed evenly and stably. After the main busbar is connected, attach the bolts to the cabinet and weld them firmly to the foundation channel steel.
2. Confirm that the installation location of the JXF distribution box has no severe vibrations. During installation, a maintenance passage should be reserved. Ensure there is sufficient safety distance from the wall.
3. Non-professional operators are prohibited from operating this control cabinet at will.
4. Do not perform maintenance or replace components while the equipment is powered on. If a fault occurs, replace the components only by disconnecting the power supply and load, and having a professional electrician perform the replacement under an electricity-free condition.
5. Do not privately modify this control cabinet or change the wiring inside. If any accidents or consequences result from this, we will not bear any responsibility.
6. The settings of various instrument parameters should be carried out strictly in accordance with the manual. If serious consequences are caused due to customer's operational errors, resulting in equipment damage, we will not bear any responsibility related to it. During use, if you encounter technical problems, you can call our technical staff for communication. Our technical staff will answer your questions and solve the problems over the phone. If the problem still cannot be solved, we will arrange a dedicated person to provide on-site service based on the actual problems reported by the customer.
