Main features:
The HXGN15-12(F) and HXGN15-12(F.R) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is used in ring network power supply or radial power supply systems with rated voltage of 12kV and rated current of 630A or below. It is particularly suitable for installation in prefabricated substations as the control and protection of the power system. This product is equipped with the FLN36-12D type sulfur hexafluoride load switch or the LRN36-12D type load switch-fuse combination electrical apparatus with an insulated enclosure. It features small size, light weight, simple operation, light operating force, reliable interlock, and maintenance-free. It is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear required for urban power grid renovation and construction.

This product complies with: GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", IEC60298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltage Above 1kV and Not Exceeding 50kV", and DL/T404 "Ordering Technical Conditions for Indoor AC High-Voltage Switchgear".
Normal operating environmental conditions:
1. Ambient air temperature: -15°C to +40°C;
2. Altitude: 1000m and below;
3. Humidity conditions:
Daily average not exceeding 95%, daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa; Monthly average not exceeding 90%, monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8 kPa. DNAS CAIREMA
4. Earthquake intensity: No more than 8 degrees;
5. The site should be free from obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases.
Note: If the above normal usage conditions are exceeded, the user can negotiate with our company.

Structure:
The switchgear is composed of the cabinet body, main switch (SF6 load switch or combined electrical apparatus), grounding switch, instrument room, busbar and other electrical components and auxiliary elements. The cabinet body is formed by assembling zinc-plated steel plates through modularization. A pressure relief channel is set behind the cabinet to protect the operators in case of internal faults. The busbar in the busbar room is covered with insulation and directly connected to the terminals of the load switch. The three-phase busbars are arranged longitudinally, allowing the switchgear to be expanded freely left and right and facilitating the change of its layout. The instrument room is located at the top of the switchgear, where current meters, voltage meters, indicator lights and electric operating mechanisms can be installed.
Interlock:
The switchgear has the following interlocks:
1. When the load is in the closed position, the operation of the disconnect switch is locked;
2. When the grounding is in the closed position, the operation of the load switch is locked;
3. Only when the grounding switch is closed can the front door of the ring main unit be opened; otherwise, the front door is locked.
