Main features:
The GGD type low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used in AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated current up to 3150A power distribution systems for power conversion, distribution, and control of power equipment. This product has high breaking capacity, with a rated short-time withstand current of up to 50kA. The line scheme is flexible, the combination is convenient, it is highly practical, and the structure is novel. This product complies with: GB7257 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear" and IEC439 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear" and other standards.
Normal operating environmental conditions:
Ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with the average temperature not exceeding +35°C within 24 hours.
Altitude: 2000m and below.
Relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C, and allowing for a larger relative humidity at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20°C). Consider that changes in temperature may occasionally cause condensation.
The inclination of the equipment installation to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°.
The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as in a location where corrosive substances are not present.
Note: If the above conditions cannot be met, and if the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with our company for a solution.

2. Auxiliary circuit scheme
The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: power supply and load supply scheme and power plant scheme.
3. Main busbar
When the rated current is 1500A or less, a single copper busbar is used. When the rated current is greater than 1500A, a double copper busbar is used. The connection surfaces of the busbar are all treated with tin plating process.

4. Electrical component selection
1) The main GGD cabinet mainly uses domestic electrical components that can be mass-produced. Such as DW17, D220, DW15, etc. Circuit breaker frames can also be selected (DW45), CW1, AE, M, F, etc. Molded case circuit breakers are selected from advanced electrical components at home and abroad such as CM1, TM30, etc. 2) The HD13BX and HS13BX type rotating operation knife switches are special components designed to meet the unique structure of the GGD cabinet. It changes the operation mode of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of the old product. It is a practical new type of electrical component.
3) If the design department selects more superior performance and more advanced new electrical components according to the user's needs, since the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, generally, the update of electrical components will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation.
4) To further improve the dynamic stability of the circuit, the busbar support of the GGD cabinet adopts the special ZMJ type combined busbar clamp and insulating support. The busbar clamp is thermoplastic molded from high-strength, high-flame-retardant PPO composite material, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, and a unique structure. It can be conveniently combined into a single busbar or double busbar clamp by adjusting the modular blocks. The insulating support is a simple mold structure, with low cost, high strength, and solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of the old product.
